For In-Stock items: We hold these pieces in-house and can dispatch them on the same day or within 1 business day.
For Personalised items: These require special attention from our jewellers due to custom engraving requests. Kindly allow 2-4 business days for these unique pieces to be crafted and shipped to you.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. You can keep track of your parcel activity within that email. Please email us if you have further questions.
No, we don't include invoices in all our orders, so feel free to gift your loved ones with Auriia without a worry!

Returns & Exchanges
We strive to ensure our customers adore our creations, but should you wish to return a product, we're here to assist.
You're welcome to return items within 60 days for a refund, ensuring the original packaging is untouched and the jewellery shows no wear. However, the initial shipping fee cannot be refunded since it's a fixed cost.
Please understand that Personalised pieces, tailored just for you, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, for hygienic reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Cancelled orders will incur a 10% restocking fee to address standard merchant and third-party charges.

Store credits are as versatile as gift cards! Once issued, we'll send the credit note to the email linked with your initial purchase. This distinctive credit number is usable both online and in-store and comes with a generous 2-year validity!
To utilise it online, simply input the credit note number in the 'gift card or discount code' field during checkout.
Warranty
We assure that your jewellery will be devoid of manufacturing defects for 24 months from the purchase date. Such defects encompass issues like clasp breakages, absent pave stones (stones under 0.01ct), unsecured diamonds, or slack prongs. This guarantee doesn't cover natural wear and tear, scratches, elongated chains, misplaced items, or damages arising from incorrect cleaning or storage.
Engraving
Our artisans craft each piece specifically for you. Kindly grant us 2-5 business days to dispatch your jewellery to your doorstep.
As all engraving pieces are made uniquely for you, we do not accept exchanges or returns for this type of item.
